About the role
- Deployment and operation of complex applications
- Creation and maintenance of operational manuals
- Participation in application-specific projects
- Execution of application tests
- Maintenance of knowledge databases
- 2nd- and 3rd-level support
- Handling incident and change request tickets
- Communication with vendors, manufacturers, partner companies and clients
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- Career changers (m/f/d) with significant professional experience welcome
- Solid IT knowledge in the Windows/Citrix server environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and SQL database queries desirable
- Experience with ITIL is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical approach, quick comprehension, solution-oriented
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
