Content Marketing Manager

• You will co-own projects from their earliest stages through to launch.
• Finding the clearest way to explain what a product does and why it matters.
• Developing its name, positioning, voice and visual identity.
• Turning an engineering prototype into something coherent, distinctive and ready to be shared.
• Creating product narratives, launch concepts, presentations, films, demos and brand assets.
• Working with engineers and product owners to simplify complex ideas.
• Using design, writing, image-making, motion and emerging AI tools to bring ideas to life.
• Rapidly testing different creative directions and improving them through iteration.
• Knowing when something needs a complete creative idea—and when it simply needs restraint, clarity and better typography.
• You will often be the only dedicated brand creative in the room, but never a service department. You will be an equal member of the team building the product.

Brand & Content Intern, AI Product Lab

Artificial Intelligence

• Design and execute a compelling events calendar: product launches (OpenClaw-style releases), workshops, talks, hackathons, and networking sessions
• Partner with leading AI organizations (TechLeap, TNW, ecosystem players) to co-host events
• Invite and host prominent speakers, researchers, and practitioners
• Manage event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
• Take responsibility for maintaining the AI House calendar and the overall program
• Foster connections between Prosus AI teams, portfolio companies, and external AI community
• Manage community platforms and keep engagement high
• Stay plugged into the European AI ecosystem - know what's launching, who's building what, and which trends matter
• Scout and surface interesting AI companies, projects, and talent for Prosus to engage with
• Curate thematic programs (e.g., "AI for Good," "Generative AI Month," "ML in Production")
• Create lightweight content from events: recaps, videos, social media highlights
• Partner with AI Content Strategy Lead to amplify AI House activities
• Manage AI House digital presence and community communications

• Building MCP server infrastructure that doesn't yet exist
• Connecting it to a growing roster of AI and LLM providers
• Ensuring MCP servers live and serve at least two new Toqan products within twelve months
• Achieving measurable gains in backend service reliability and deployment frequency
• Collaborating with product and platform colleagues to ship end-to-end solutions
• Reviewing the state of the MCP server infrastructure
• Checking integration health across AI model providers

• Shape the next wave of growth across Prosus's European consumer portfolio — from eMAG in Romania to Takealot in South Africa and Izyico in Turkey.
• Identify and unlock value creation opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and help our portfolio companies build sustainable competitive advantage.
• Partner with the Head of European Ecosystem to shape board materials, investment memos, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Work directly with portfolio CFOs and COOs to track budgets, uncover growth opportunities, and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
• Drive a strategic initiative end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams and pushing through roadblocks to get to a decision quickly.
