About the role
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads while maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive sales plan
- Work with the product team to create and articulate compelling value propositions, including influencing the product roadmap based on prospect feedback
- Perform all aspects of the sales function from initial outreach to close quickly
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by anticipating client business needs
- Meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s operating model
- Represent Prospyr by attending industry events and conferences
- Learn how the industry operates and become an expert in the aesthetics market and Med Spa operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and executing successful sales plans in a startup environment
- Outstanding writing, documentation, presentation skills
- Experience working in a team environment with business, technical, and product teams
- A commitment to operating ethically using integrity and aligning to company values
- Self-motivation, resourcefulness and accountability to learn and grow
- Familiarity with using a CRM to maintain account information, accurately forecast, and manage deal pipeline activity.
- The ability to travel as required to win business
- You’re a self-starter. This is a seed-stage company where you’ll have to wear a lot of hats and help us create momentum.
