About the role
- Assist Operations Management staff in all areas of Trust Operations to include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Custody, Oil & Gas deposits, Investment trading and asset transfers.
- Primarily focusing on Accounts Receivable but cross-train on all tasks in Trust Operations.
- Train, develop, and coach associates on a consistent basis
- Encourage others to set challenging goals and high standards of performance
- Inspire associates to define new opportunities and continuously improve the organization
Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Minimum (3) years Trust Operations experience, in lieu of college degree
- Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook proficiency
- Strong communications skills, strong math skills
