About the role
- You are the first point of contact for questions regarding the following software products: ERP software for staffing agencies, time management go!, applicant management talents!, and document management docs!
- You support our customers by phone and respond to email inquiries
- During the implementation of the software products (onboarding) you guide customers in an advisory and project-leading role
- In case of issues you assist with analysis and contribute your own ideas to help find solutions
Requirements
- Enjoy helping others use our software products
- Structured, transparent and customer-oriented communication style
- Completed commercial or technical education (HAK, HTL, vocational training or equivalent qualification)
- Strong communication skills with a good command of expression
- Good German skills, both spoken and written, and knowledge of English
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with software
- Work experience in a helpdesk or in the temporary employment industry is an advantage
