About the role

  • **What You Will Do**
  • - **Lead high-quality implementation projects **
  • - Own full project lifecycle for medium–large implementation engagements: discovery, solution design, build, testing, training, and go-live.
  • - Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Prophix standards.
  • - Translate business and financial requirements into accurate, scalable models and reporting structures.
  • - **Drive strong client adoption and satisfaction**
  • - Position yourself as a trusted partner to CFOs, finance leaders, and analysts.
  • - Build clear, client-centric communication plans that support change management and solution adoption.
  • - Deliver training and enablement that empowers clients to be self-sufficient.
  • - **Manage multiple concurrent projects with ownership & accountability**
  • - Balance timelines, risks, dependencies, and expectations across several projects.
  • - Maintain strong utilization performance and proactively manage scope.
  • - **Identify value-enhancement opportunities**
  • - Recognize and influence opportunities for expanded use of Prophix—whether through additional modules, services, or best-practice enhancements.
  • - **Contribute to internal capability and continuous improvement**
  • - Mentor junior consultants, share expertise, and support internal initiatives.
  • - Participate in building templates, methodologies, and knowledge resources that strengthen the global PS function.

  • **Required Qualifications**
  • - A mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this role
  • - Must possess a working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and be familiar with the financial statement preparation
  • - **4+ years of relevant experience** in consulting, FP&A, accounting, ERP/CPM implementation, or similar roles
  • - Strong analytical and solution-design skills; ability to structure financial models and translate business requirements into system logic.
  • - Demonstrated **project management** capability and the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
  • - Excellent **communication and presentation** skills; capable of engaging confidently with executives and technical/non-technical audiences.
  • - Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong, collaborative client relationships.
  • - High proficiency with **Microsoft Excel** and familiarity with databases or financial systems.
  • - Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located.
  • **Preferred Qualifications **
  • - Hands-on accounting or FP&A experience.
  • - Experience working directly with CFOs, senior finance leaders, or consulting in a finance-technology environment.
  • - Exposure to CPM, ERP, BI, or data modeling tools
