About the role

  • **What You Will Do**
  • - **Lead Successful Implementations**
  • - Own solution design, configuration, and delivery for multiple concurrent Prophix projects.
  • - Translate client financial processes into effective system designs and modelling structures.
  • - Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high quality standard in alignment with PS methodology.
  • - **Drive Client Adoption & Satisfaction**
  • - Train and enable end users to confidently adopt the solution.
  • - Build trusted client relationships and maintain satisfaction scores of 8/10 or higher.
  • - Partner with clients throughout the implementation to ensure measurable business value is achieved.
  • - **Manage Projects with Execution Excellence**
  • - Plan and manage tasks, timelines, risks, and communication across stakeholders.
  • - Maintain a minimum 70% billable utilization rate while balancing multiple engagements.
  • - **Collaborate & Contribute to Team Growth**
  • - Work closely with Sales, Support, and fellow Consultants to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • - Share knowledge, contribute to templates and best practices, and participate in internal initiatives.
  • - **Develop and Maintain Technical Expertise**
  • - Stay current with the latest Prophix features, financial modelling techniques, and implementation best practices.
  • - Continuously expand your skills across finance, systems, and analytics tools.

Requirements

  • - A degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a Technical field.
  • - Working knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • - 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, consulting, systems implementation, or analytical/technical work.
  • - Strong comprehension of financial concepts, terminology, and modelling.
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • - Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • - Possess strong business and entrepreneurial skills
  • - Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • - Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review
  • - Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves
  • - Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches
  • - Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology

  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • - Accounting experience is a definite asset
  • - Must be comfortable working in a project environment interacting with senior level executives including CFOs, VPs, and other line finance staff
