Outside Sales

• Establish relationships with commercial property owners, investors and operators
• Iterate on sales strategy and process with both prospective and existing customers to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with Prophia’s Customer Success team to make a positive impact on our customers that translates to long-term customer relationships
• Prospect to identify and qualify new accounts through networking, relationship building and in-market events
• Manage the full cycle; including execution against a “land and expand” sales model; manage your pipeline and exceed quarterly revenue objectives
• Listen to customers, sell business value, and negotiate win-win outcomes through consultative selling strategies
• Balance small / expansion opportunities with complex enterprise deals
• Represent Prophia at industry events; acting as both a thought leader and sales executive
• Become an expert on all aspects of commercial real estate’s tenant lifecycle, asset management process, transactional support needs, and related data and insight requirements
