Customer Success Manager

• Own customer onboarding end-to-end from kick-off through model deployment
• Run governance, working groups, steering committees, and structured milestone check-ins
• Partner with Data Scientists and Platform engineers to deliver committed timelines and scope
• Coordinate collection of marketing spend, media exposure, and commercial data
• Confirm data completeness, granularity, and integrity before modelling begins
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact during onboarding
• Identify customer champions and decision-makers
• Run written updates, structured check-ins, and action tracking across markets and cultures
• Translate business questions into decision science use cases on Prophet
• Frame platform expectations and ensure the first model reveal builds trust and momentum
• Document and refine onboarding playbooks and create reusable customer-facing materials
• Capture product feedback and expansion opportunities for the roadmap
• Run structured handovers to ongoing Customer Success with context, open items, and stakeholder insights documented
• Manage 6 to 8 concurrent onboardings
• Meet time-to-value targets of model training within 6 weeks and deployment within 8 weeks of kick-off
• Maintain onboarding customer satisfaction of 8.0+/10 and complete milestones and documentation on time
