About the role
- Proactively source candidates across multiple roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and other creative channels
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and values
- Screen and qualify candidates at the top of the funnel when needed
- Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and a strong candidate experience
- Share market insights, sourcing trends, and pipeline health with the recruiting team
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in sourcing & recruiting
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred)
- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates
- Excellent written communication — you know how to personalize outreach at scale
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once
- Curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve sourcing strategies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
