We’re looking for a Content Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution - someone who loves building momentum, growing audiences, and making high-quality content impossible to ignore.
Report directly to our Director of Content and own the systems that bring the PropertyRadar brand to life online.
Manage publishing calendars, clip high-impact videos, shoot content, engage with our community, and write in a voice that resonates.
Execute consistent, daily publishing across major social platforms and own the social calendar inside HubSpot.
Clip and edit short-form videos from long-form recordings; script, shoot, and produce original short-form content.
Facilitate community platforms like Reddit and Quora; respond to comments and DMs; execute daily outreach strategies.
Translate product marketing initiatives into platform-specific content; support launches and campaigns.
Track and report on content performance across platforms; identify trends and share insights with the broader marketing team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in content management, social media management, or a similar execution-focused creative role.
Proven ability to edit short-form video content - must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
Hands-on videography experience - from scripting and storyboarding to shooting and delivering polished social-first content.
Must demonstrate clear examples of content that performed well or drove audience growth.
Experience leveraging generative AI to optimize and streamline daily workflows.
Strong understanding of at least one major social media algorithm (e.g. TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) with a demonstrated ability to adapt and learn others quickly.
Excellent writing skills and a clear ability to write captions, titles, and descriptions that match brand voice and drive engagement.
Experience publishing across major platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, X, Reddit, Quora and Brand Blog.
Hands-on experience with platform-native analytics dashboards and HubSpot reporting tools.
Ability to design clean, compelling graphics for thumbnails and posts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
Highly organized and detail-oriented - capable of managing publishing calendars, deadlines, and cross-platform content workflows.
Comfortable working in Slack and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Must submit writing samples and-or a portfolio that demonstrates your voice, editing ability, and creative judgment when crafting copy.
