About the role
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients
- Proactively identify, engage, contact and call existing customers using a range of outreach methods
- Surpass call and connect quotas each week
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in your segmentation
- Always be SELLING!
- Ensure all account activities are captured in Salesforce CRM
- Review customer feedback within your segment and work with your team to come up with ways to retain and engage your customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years account management experience, preferably within PropTech and/or SaaS
- The ability to gain a deep understanding of PropertyMe’s products and services and become a product evangelist
- Ability to readily adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities
