Affiliate & Partnership Growth Source, onboard, and close new affiliates and strategic partners across LATAM. Manage inbound leads and evaluate potential partnership opportunities. Negotiate payouts, commission structures, and deal terms to maximize mutual value.
Performance & Relationship Management Monitor partner performance and optimize for lead volume, ROI, and retention. Build long-term relationships with affiliates through trust, transparency, and consistent results. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, resolving issues and providing growth recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership goals with overall company growth. Provide market insights and feedback loops to improve Property Leads’ affiliate strategy.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development
Proven success in sourcing, closing, and scaling affiliate deals
Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure win-win agreements
Experience working with LATAM markets and knowledge of local business dynamics
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute autonomously in a fast-growth environment
Bonus Skills Experience in real estate, fintech, or other high-intent verticals
Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and compliance standards
