• Primary point of contact: You will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email and chat, providing competent support for questions and concerns related to ongoing and completed auctions as well as the use of the platform.
• Solution orientation: You record, handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues, finding efficient and effective solutions.
• Process knowledge: You use and maintain our internal processes and systems to ensure optimal customer support.
• Feedback management: You forward customer feedback and improvement suggestions to the relevant departments.
