About the role
- Lead operations across multiple markets, ensuring strong NOI growth, occupancy, and asset performance
- Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices across the portfolio
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying gaps and driving corrective action
- Partner with executive leadership to execute company-wide initiatives and growth strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional and property-level teams to drive accountability and results
- Travel regularly to support property teams, assess performance, and ensure operational alignment
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational consistency across markets
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in multifamily property management
- Proven track record overseeing 5,000+ units across multiple markets
- Strong operator with both strategic vision and hands-on execution ability
- Deep understanding of property management financials, KPIs, and performance drivers
- Experience managing across multiple platforms or portfolios preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational outcomes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
