• Support highly complex naval and offshore projects
• Manage deadlines, documentation, communications, reports, and project operational routines
• Contribute to alignment between teams and to the quality of deliverables
• Draft minutes, emails, and formal communications
• Prepare presentations and status reports
• Facilitate the flow of information between the client and the internal team
• Organize contracts, reports, and technical documentation
• Monitor schedules, deadlines, and project milestones
• Support the organization of travel, technical visits, and embarkations
• Assist with financial measurements, invoicing, and expense control
• Track project payments and budgets
• Support deliverable reviews and quality controls
