About the role
- Develop and refine dynamic and scalable marketing automation campaign content with an emphasis on meeting conversion goals and understanding prospects journey.
- Develop and optimize campaign templates, workflows, and audience segmentation strategies to maximize lead engagement and conversion.
- Build automated emails, nurtures, triggered workflows, and multi-channel campaigns
- Use personalization and behavioral triggers to improve engagement and funnel velocity
- Own lead segmentation and lifecycle strategy in HubSpot, including CRM hygiene and tagging logic.
- Create, test, and continuously optimize automated workflows to enhance customer journeys, personalize experiences, and streamline CRM processes.
- Serve as the internal marketing automation consultant — training and upskilling global marketers on HubSpot best practices
- Build and maintain dashboards within HubSpot to track journey performance and marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and increase speed-to-lead
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) in collaboration with IT and legal teams.
- Maintain a high-quality database with scalable tagging and segmentation strategies
- Implement tracking and tagging and analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to make data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for scalability of new campaigns or enhancements to existing strategies that align with revenue goals and improve the experience of prospective, current, or past program participants.
- Track, analyze, and report on CRM and campaign KPIs to measure success, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience as HubSpot Super Admin
- Proven ability to design and optimize lead lifecycle frameworks and funnel visibility
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and how lifecycle automation supports sales productivity
- Expertise in audience segmentation, consent compliance, and database management
- Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business value
- Analytical mindset — able to translate insights into scaled improvements
- Nice to have experience in other platforms: Braze, Gainsight, Vero
