Revenue Operations

• In this role, you will be the architect and strategist of our marketing automation ecosystem within HubSpot Marketing Hub, bridging the gap between technical AI capabilities and actionable marketing outcomes.
• You’ll ensure unified standards, scalable automation, and AI-driven lead lifecycle paths that accelerate revenue and funnel velocity.
• Partnering closely with the Director of Demand Generation, RevOps, and Data teams, you will deploy predictive scoring and hyper-personalization to deliver high-impact, personalized experiences—without sacrificing compliance or data integrity.

Revenue Operations Manager

Operations

• - Support quote procurement and quote requests for renewals and expansions, ensuring quotes are accurate and ready for execution.
• - Perform administrative checks to confirm renewal and expansion deals are correctly structured before processing.
• - Process orders, renewals, and expansions once deals are approved, including contracts, documentation, and system updates.
• - Handle backend administration for all dealer orders, coordinating with dealers only when orders are placed or clarification is required.
• - Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot, Gainsight, and related systems to support downstream teams.
• - Partner closely with Order Operations Specialists, Account Managers, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure smooth handoffs.
• - Provision licenses and fulfill orders in a timely manner, including urgent license provisioning outside of primary regional time zones when needed.
• - Track assigned quote and order workflows to ensure SLAs and timelines are met.
• - Identify missing information, data issues, or process gaps early and escalate appropriately to prevent delays.
• - Support global administrative coverage for the Orders team as needed.

Order Operations Administrator

Accountant

• Manage global transactional accounting tasks, including accounts payable, invoicing, bank transactions, and payroll inputs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Own the month-end close procedures for relevant entities, including preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing variances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, design, and implement new systems and processes that support our growing global footprint.
• Assist in tax compliance (corporate, VAT/GST, and other indirect taxes) in Australia and other overseas jurisdictions, working closely with external advisors to ensure timely filings.
• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects, initiatives, and reporting that drive strategic decision-making.

Corporate Accountant

Sales Engineer

• You will work closely with the sales team, helping to support the technical side of our products and advising new and existing customers on how to implement Propeller’s solutions, in addition to other elements of the sales cycle.
• Your goal is to lead the customer through a technical understanding of the value of Propeller in their day-to-day solution.
• The success of this mission depends on your ability to think critically and quickly during demonstrations and ask thoughtful questions to drive the value of Propeller towards the customers' opportunities to improve.
• Function as a subject matter expert on Propeller’s platform, AeroPoints, Mobile apps, DirtMate, and PPK workflows, especially the technical geospatial requirements for processing usable data.
• Provide demo experiences for customers based on the sales team and your knowledge from discovery.
• Drive sales demos together with a sales executive, focusing on technical questions and pre-sale/trial data support.
• Travel: Expect to travel on average about one time per month, for as short as one night for a quick customer visit to as long as a few consecutive nights for multi-customer trips.
• Keep the sales team honest about what we can and cannot support in data processing.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new customers and dealers, especially those using edge cases.
• Proactively provide customer feedback about our products to teams across the organization.
• Clearly articulate technical answers in writing, on the phone, or in person.
• Build and maintain technical documentation as it relates to supported products.
• Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training, and share knowledge with sales engineering.

Marketing Operations

• Develop and refine dynamic and scalable marketing automation campaign content with an emphasis on meeting conversion goals and understanding prospects journey.
• Develop and optimize campaign templates, workflows, and audience segmentation strategies to maximize lead engagement and conversion.
• Build automated emails, nurtures, triggered workflows, and multi-channel campaigns
• Use personalization and behavioral triggers to improve engagement and funnel velocity
• Own lead segmentation and lifecycle strategy in HubSpot, including CRM hygiene and tagging logic.
• Create, test, and continuously optimize automated workflows to enhance customer journeys, personalize experiences, and streamline CRM processes.
• Serve as the internal marketing automation consultant — training and upskilling global marketers on HubSpot best practices
• Build and maintain dashboards within HubSpot to track journey performance and marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and increase speed-to-lead
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) in collaboration with IT and legal teams.
• Maintain a high-quality database with scalable tagging and segmentation strategies
• Implement tracking and tagging and analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to make data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for scalability of new campaigns or enhancements to existing strategies that align with revenue goals and improve the experience of prospective, current, or past program participants.
• Track, analyze, and report on CRM and campaign KPIs to measure success, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
