About the role
- Execute new business development strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Develop compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are strategic, feasible, and differentiated
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in new business development, sales, or account leadership (specifically in Print, POP/POS, Brand Environments and Branded Merchandise)
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
