• - Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations with external systems.
• - Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• - Drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
• - Manage Salesforce configuration and customization (flows, objects, validation rules, permissions, etc.).
• - Optimize system architecture for performance, scalability, and security.
