About the role
- Lead or play an active hands-on customer facing role in the implementation of the Salesforce platform-based Propel PVM solution for new and existing customers.
- Use professional experience with consulting and project delivery to execute the project end-to-end in conjunction with other members of the Professional Services team as well as SI Partners
- Lead business process workshops to map the customer's business requirements against Propel's supported features and functionality to recommend optimal solutions, best practices, and perform hands-on configuration to satisfy their use case.
- Enhancing existing customers’ Propel deployments to cover additional business processes, adding users and functions from additional business units, and facilitating integrations to other business systems.
- Deliver Propel product training to the customers' end users and administrators. Also, work closely with Propel’s Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management teams to identify opportunities for enhancements and accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements.
- Connect the services and customer success organizations, ensuring that we are differentiating the Propel services and delivery approach while ensuring our customers are set up to be successful and meet business objectives.
- Execute and deliver multiple client projects concurrently on time, within budget, and with high CSAT
- Support broader Propel GTM team in new logo and expansion pursuits in the capacity of a SME on the product and implementation.
- Contribute to building the Propel PS team with best practices to improve the implementation experience for our customers and partners.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of delivering professional services in enterprise software with track record of delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. If you are not already certified, this will be a key component of your first six months of employment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, showing a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment
- Business process mapping, change management, and software configuration experience in product development, commercialization, and supply chain operations preferably the PLM, QMS, and or PIM domains.
- Relationship builder with excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-Starter, or “out of the box” thinker, that can tailor and expand solutions to fit specific customer requirements based upon customer's strategy and direction
- Experience as a consultant who provides business process and technical consulting services to enterprise software customers
- Experience with PLM and/or QMS and/or PIM software (i.e. Oracle, PTC, Siemens, Master Control, Salsify)
- Adept at building and delivering equally engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning
- Knowledge of, and experience working in one or more of the following industry areas: High-Tech Electronics, Medical Device, Consumer Products, or Semiconductor
