About the role

  • Triaging cases via our service management system and shared inboxes and providing resolution in a timely manner
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes
  • Support with onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle processes and queries
  • Partner with the Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Immigration and compliance team in delivering the best customer service
  • Provide testing support for Workday updated releases, integration changes and new functionality rollouts
  • Actively participate in implementation of new policies and processes
  • Help create, author and manage the HR Shared services knowledgebase
  • Process a variety of HR transaction, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the system
  • Be able to provide reports and data analysis on request
  • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality at all times

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a HR Shared Services hub, ideally tech company but not a must
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen to learn and expand the knowledge and skills
