About the role
- Triaging cases via our service management system and shared inboxes and providing resolution in a timely manner
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes
- Support with onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle processes and queries
- Partner with the Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Immigration and compliance team in delivering the best customer service
- Provide testing support for Workday updated releases, integration changes and new functionality rollouts
- Actively participate in implementation of new policies and processes
- Help create, author and manage the HR Shared services knowledgebase
- Process a variety of HR transaction, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the system
- Be able to provide reports and data analysis on request
- Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a HR Shared Services hub, ideally tech company but not a must
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Keen to learn and expand the knowledge and skills
