About the role

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve employee listening programs
  • Partner with stakeholders to design effective surveys, including question development, methodology, timing, and sampling
  • Own end-to-end survey execution, including project management, communications, data quality, and vendor coordination
  • Analyze and interpret survey results, with a focus on executive organizations and priority talent segments
  • Develop clear, compelling insights and storytelling for leaders at all levels
  • Operationalize and support action planning efforts, helping leaders translate insights into measurable and impactful actions at scale
  • Identify opportunities to evolve listening strategies, tools, and practices to increase impact and adoption across the organization
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that surface key workforce trends, metrics, and outcomes
  • Consult with partners to define meaningful KPIs and success measures aligned to business and people strategies
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking to ambiguous questions, turning data into actionable insights
  • Document and refine processes related to employee listening and people analytics, including governance, standards, and use cases
  • Support data integrity, compliance, and ethical use of employee data in line with internal policies and external regulations
  • Contribute to training and enablement efforts that build data literacy and support data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Manage ad-hoc analytics and research requests while identifying opportunities for scalable, self-service solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, People Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in employee listening, survey research, people analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Strong foundation in survey design, measurement principles, and quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Experience designing and delivering dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with complex datasets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and levels
  • Experience documenting processes and building scalable analytics or research practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of SQL or other querying tools is a plus.
