Legal Support Clerk

Full-stack Engineer

• Own company-level technical integration. Lead the integration of an acquired company’s systems into Proof’s platform and operating model, including discovery, architecture, data migration, identity/SSO, API and service consolidation, coexistence and deprecation plans, and Day-1 through cutover execution.
• Partner across functions. Work with Product, Security/Compliance, Data, Customer Success, Operations, and our M&A integration leads to plan workstreams, set milestones and success metrics, surface risks, and unblock decisions.
• Co-own planning with the Product Manager. Shape the integration roadmap, scope, estimates, capacity planning, and release milestones together; translate customer and stakeholder input into a sequenced backlog.
• Customer and stakeholder meetings. Meet in person with customers and with stakeholders at acquired companies to validate requirements, run pilots/UAT, and guide cutovers.
• Lead and manage a team of roughly 4 developers. Run 1:1s, set expectations, give feedback, support growth, and handle performance conversations and hiring.
• Establish and maintain quality expectations for integrated systems, including reliability targets/SLOs, incident response expectations, and code quality standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders; align milestones, communicate risks, and remove blockers.
• Run an effective remote team. The team is remote, but you should expect to be in our Detroit location a few times per month for alignment, onboarding, and whiteboarding when needed.

Tech Lead Manager – M&A

• Collaborate with our team to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the Proof platform, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
• Backend development using Go (Golang), creating and optimizing APIs, database usage, and core backend infrastructure.
• Implement modern, user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring the platform meets high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security risks across the entire stack.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design to deliver high-impact features and improvements within an agile development environment.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers when required.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the platform by identifying areas for improvement and proactively suggesting and implementing new technologies and methodologies.

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Revenue Operations

• Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and GTM leadership to improve conversion, retention, and pipeline velocity by designing and scaling efficient sales and customer lifecycle processes across Enterprise and PLG motions.
• Own and optimize our GTM stack, CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and AI agent–driven tools to eliminate manual work, deliver real-time insights, and increase seller productivity.
• Maintain an accurate, trustworthy, and actionable data foundation to enable accurate forecasting, unified dashboards, and confident decision-making across leadership teams.
• Drive lifecycle automation for PLG customers to boost activation, retention, and reactivation through timely, data-driven engagement.

Revenue Operations Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of Proof's React Native mobile applications.
• Contribute to backend development, building and maintaining APIs, services, and database integrations that power our mobile apps.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to create seamless, high-impact user experiences across the full stack.
• Optimize app performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, memory issues, and platform-specific challenges on both frontend and backend.
• Implement best practices in mobile and backend engineering, conducting thorough code reviews and mentoring team members.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating emerging technologies to improve our mobile and backend stack.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, libraries, and API endpoints for future use.
• Ensure security best practices across the stack, including secure storage, authentication mechanisms, and API security.
• Utilize modern state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

Senior Mobile Engineer, React Native

Performance Marketing

• Architect and execute integrated campaigns that convert self-serve users into Sales opportunities and advance deals through the funnel
• Partner closely with AEs, SDRs, and CSMs to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion
• Co-own strategy and execution across SEM, paid social, content syndication, events, and webinars
• Manage the performance marketing budget and lead execution through agency partners and internal contributors
• Continuously build and expand ICP database and partner cross-functionally to enrich data points
