About the role
- Analyze independently, in accordance with current policy, requests for donations, sponsorships and partnerships received by the Federation to formulate rigorously documented recommendations aligned with priority focus areas
- Lead the negotiation of agreements and finalize partnership terms, ensuring coherence and added value for the organization and the communities
- Optimize the activation of key partnerships and collaborate with communications and marketing teams to showcase community engagement internally and externally
- Monitor agreements and commitments (contracts, funding, visibility)
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with external partners to ensure objectives are met and to maximize the impact of philanthropic and corporate commitments
- Update tracking tools and produce various administrative reports
- Act as an advisor and support mutual companies in implementing their donation and sponsorship policies as well as rolling out various programs, notably "At the Heart of Your Community" (Au cœur de votre collectivité)
- Participate in the design and distribution of communication tools, presentations or informational content on philanthropic and mutual initiatives
- Contribute to promoting the mutual model to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the corporate events team to organize activities, events or initiatives aimed at strengthening mutual engagement
- Work with internal teams on the Group's complaints handling process, particularly for files under review by the Federation
- Provide support to the complaints handling team when necessary
Requirements
- University degree in communications, marketing or another discipline deemed relevant
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a similar sponsorship management position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong writing skills and experience producing a variety of content
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs
- Strong aptitude for internal and external collaboration
- Knowledge of or interest in the mutual model
- Good knowledge of M365 software
