About the role
- Launching and promoting products, services, and expansion initiatives
- Learning how to prioritize work based on impact, not just output
- Supporting lifecycle and expansion campaigns
- Helping coordinate messaging, assets, and timelines across teams like Content, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success
- Helping turn ideas into real campaigns, launches, and experiments that go live quickly
- Creating and organizing sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, FAQs, talk tracks)
- Gathering feedback from Sales, CS, and customers to help improve messaging and execution
Requirements
- Experience at a B2B software company AND/OR outpatient therapy [PT, OT, SLP or related healthcare fields]
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders towards common goals
