Account Manager

• Drive strategic alignment and execution with top-tier distribution partners
• Deliver measurable results through effective management of channel partners and increasing Promethean’s market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers and applicable strategic alliance partners
• Work with the distributor partner to identify and target new indirect partners aligned with Promethean’s growth strategy
• Lead quarterly business reviews and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure partner success and execute on goals
• Manage distribution inventory levels to ensure the right product mix is in distributor warehouses based on pipeline
• Serve as the primary point of contact to address and resolve conflicts or issues between channel partners
• Streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve partner performance metrics
• Manage contracts and agreements with channel partners, initiate negotiations, and coordinate with legal for final review
• Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities and partner needs to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and deliver training programs for channel partners to enhance product knowledge of Promethean products and solutions
