About the role

  • Support Sales Managers and the Pre-Sales team in day-to-day operations
  • Independently prepare quotations, order confirmations and related contract and license documents
  • Provide service-oriented care for existing customers
  • Update customer data and maintain master data across multiple systems
  • Monitor license and contract durations
  • Maintain open proposals in relevant systems and proactively support deal closures
  • Check order confirmations for completeness and accuracy
  • Supervise and support trainees within the team
  • Assist with sales promotion activities and prepare meeting rooms

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 — especially Excel, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Service-oriented manner with a clear sales affinity
  • Ideally experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
  • Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry
  • Business-fluent German (C2)
  • Good English skills (B2–C1)
