About the role
- Support Sales Managers and the Pre-Sales team in day-to-day operations
- Independently prepare quotations, order confirmations and related contract and license documents
- Provide service-oriented care for existing customers
- Update customer data and maintain master data across multiple systems
- Monitor license and contract durations
- Maintain open proposals in relevant systems and proactively support deal closures
- Check order confirmations for completeness and accuracy
- Supervise and support trainees within the team
- Assist with sales promotion activities and prepare meeting rooms
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 — especially Excel, Teams, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Service-oriented manner with a clear sales affinity
- Ideally experience with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
- Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry
- Business-fluent German (C2)
- Good English skills (B2–C1)
