About the role

  • You further develop our Oracle Cloud solution — for both internal and external projects.
  • You design and maintain cloud-based security concepts to keep our data secure and performant.
  • You develop system solutions for software development requirements, e.g., for provisioning systems within a CI/CD pipeline.
  • You advise our customers in all project phases and help them find the best IT solutions for their needs.
  • You are the contact person for provisioning our WMS and take care of the site-to-site VPN connection — in close coordination with the customer.
  • You stay up to date with the latest technologies and drive the optimization of existing IT architectures.
  • You support the team in technical decisions and actively contribute your experience to our strategy.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience (at least 4–5 years) in Enterprise Linux administration (preferably Oracle Enterprise Linux, Red Hat, or CentOS)
  • Experience with Ansible, optionally Terraform / OpenTofu
  • Experience in planning and maintaining networks and VPNs (IPSec)
  • Experience with installation/administration of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with containerization using Docker
  • Business-fluent German, spoken and written
