About the role
- Advise clients on appropriate logistical and technological solutions
- Configure and customize systems according to project-specific requirements
- Test custom developments as well as the entire end-to-end process chain
- Analyze existing client processes and identify optimization potential
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and system presentations in German and English
- Coordinate the integration of TMS/WMS into existing ERP or third-party systems
Requirements
- Vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk or an equivalent commercial qualification with a focus on logistics
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transport processes
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%
- Strong consulting skills
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent process understanding
- Training experience and solid instructional/didactic skills
- German: at least C1 level
- English: at least B2 level
