About the role

  • You advise international retail companies and purchasing cooperatives and act as their central contact person
  • You lead the functional and organizational implementation of our software
  • You analyze our customers' requirements and translate them into well-considered technical concepts
  • You coordinate software configuration and, if required, actively contribute your expertise to the implementation
  • You ensure the correct functional implementation of the defined solution and support testing and acceptance processes
  • You work closely with the development team and help shape the further development of our software using customer feedback and your own ideas

Requirements

  • Solid technical understanding for the analysis, design and implementation of complex software solutions
  • Experience in the functional leadership of projects and direct customer interaction
  • Several years of experience leading agile software projects
  • Good understanding of business processes and commercial contexts
  • A completed technical or business education (university, University of Applied Sciences (FH), HTL)
  • Routine in preparing technical documentation and presentations
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
