QA Engineer

• Execute functional and exploratory manual tests on web and/or mobile features.
• Test critical flows under different conditions: browsers, devices, error scenarios and edge cases.
• Identify, log and classify bugs with full context (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, evidence).
• Track the lifecycle of each bug until the fix is validated.
• Create, maintain and update test plans based on specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers to reproduce and understand bugs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes, promoting testing best practices and a testing culture within the squad.
