About the role
- Manage logistics of all external meetings and tradeshows
- Generate timely communications for tradeshow staff and stakeholders
- Maintain tracking system for trade shows
- Facilitate contracts against allocated budgets
- Execute and manage marketing tasks related to events
- Work directly with sales reps on selecting special event venues
- Perform post-event spend and overall ROI measurement
- Address all aspects of budget and billing for meetings & tradeshows
- Assist with forecasting and annual budget planning
- Evaluate show performance
- Support or project manage other event marketing projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ event experience
- Demonstrated 2-3 years of tradeshow experience
- Experience in aesthetics, medical device/technologies preferred
- Experience with event management platforms and CRM is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
