About the role
- Develop and execute a territory business plan
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts within the assigned territory
- Develop thorough account plans for all strategic customers
- Effectively manage sales of multiple products and line extensions
- Utilize sales tools and resources to maximize impact
- Deliver sales message/presentation in an organized and effective manner
- Independently plan territory routing to achieve territory account coverage
- Leverage knowledge of key customers and KOLs to identify new opportunities
- Communicate and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Nurse Trainers and NSM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Science or Business preferred)
- 3 years proven sales experience in a B2B environment with documented success (Preference for aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmeceutical sales)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
