About the role
- You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — from qualification through consultative advising and demos to closing.
- You handle inbound inquiries in a structured manner with a high standard of quality.
- You identify and acquire new customers through targeted outbound activities.
- You deliver tailored product presentations and advisory meetings — remotely and at relevant events or trade shows.
- You engage with decision-makers at executive and management levels and understand their commercial and operational challenges.
- You collaborate with the team to further develop effective sales approaches, call scripts and best practices.
- You accurately document your activities, insights and opportunities in the CRM.
- You bring market feedback from customer conversations back into the company to help sharpen product and positioning.
Requirements
- You enjoy working with people, building trust and communicating reliably.
- You write precisely, work in a structured way and follow up on matters consistently.
- You combine a strong ability to close deals with genuine consultative orientation.
- You are curious, eager to learn and want to really understand a product that requires explanation.
- You show initiative and feel comfortable in an environment where people take responsibility rather than just execute processes.
- You communicate very well in German — both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales, within a SaaS environment, or a good understanding of the architecture, construction or planning industry.
