About the role
- Oversee the Application Specialist teams in their day-to-day activities
- Ensure recruitment of prospective applicants and student services expectations are met
- Assist in the continued building of the admissions department by ensuring tactical needs are being met
- Partner with internal teams to develop recruitment strategies and analyze their execution
- Assist in hiring, onboarding and developing new Application Specialists
- Collaborate with various departments outside Admissions to ensure holistic success at PKH
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment
- 2+ years of experience in Higher Education leadership
- Experience supporting online or non-traditional academic programs
- Familiarity with enrollment forecasting, capacity planning, and conversion modeling
- Experience building or scaling in-house admissions teams
- Strong change-management and process-improvement background
- Proven experience in quality assurance and performance management of student-facing teams
- Experience in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
