About the role
- Lead the end-to-end change approach for laboratory workflows and discovery processes, ensuring adoption across impacted teams
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
- Deliver change readiness, impact assessments, and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
- 1+ years’ experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or R&D in other industries
