About the role

  • Lead delivery of assigned workstreams, ensuring effective planning and execution
  • Manage programme interdependencies and escalate risks/issues as needed
  • Drive workforce transition and organisational design initiatives
  • Produce programme reporting, assurance outputs, and maintain risk/issue logs
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications across the programme

Requirements

  • An independent consultant
  • Experience working within NHS PMO / Delivery Units
  • Business management expertise
  • Experience in corporate functions and service design
