About the role

  • Support the delivery of BREEAM In-Use Part 1 (Asset Performance) assessments across a portfolio of operational buildings.
  • Gathering and analysing asset-level evidence
  • Assessing building performance against BREEAM In-Use criteria and producing clear, practical recommendations to improve sustainability outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years’ experience working on building performance, sustainability or BREEAM-related assessments. E.g. Open to Fitwell or LEED experience
  • Nice-to-have: Fluent in Polish, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or French
