About the role

  • You will be the right hand and a sparring partner to our founding team.
  • In this challenging and varied role, you will proactively support management and the team with strategic tasks as well as all areas of day-to-day operations.
  • You will take ownership of and manage independent projects (a key focus is our three‑year funded project to build a community app for rural areas).
  • You handle administrative project coordination and communication with project partners.
  • You are responsible for the management and controlling of the funded project.
  • You prepare interim reports and budget plans.
  • You handle scheduling and travel management for internal and external participants.
  • You manage partnerships at both operational and strategic levels.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in a business-related field.
  • You have initial experience in administering research projects and in project controlling.
  • You enjoy working independently and are highly results-oriented.
  • You are energetic and are not looking for a purely administrative role — you want to shape and create.
  • Through daily use, you are proficient with Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Ideally, you have early relevant professional experience in strategic business development, consulting, workation/coworking, community building, as a startup founder, or in venture capital.
