About the role

  • You will be the right hand and sparring partner for our founder team.
  • In this challenging and varied role you will proactively support the executive team and the wider team with strategic tasks as well as all areas of day-to-day operations.
  • You will take ownership of and manage independent projects (focus: our 3-year funded project to build a community app for rural areas).
  • You will carry out administrative project coordination and communication with project partners.
  • You will be responsible for the management and controlling of the funded project.
  • You will prepare interim reports and budget planning.
  • You will handle scheduling and travel arrangements for internal and external participants.
  • You will manage partnerships at both operational and strategic levels.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, a Technical field, or Law.
  • You enjoy working independently and are highly results-oriented.
  • You are energetic and are looking for a role where you can shape and create rather than just maintain.
  • Through daily use, you are proficient with Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
  • Ideally, you already have initial relevant professional experience in strategic corporate development, consulting, workation/coworking, community building, as a startup founder, or in venture capital.
