Product Manager

• Provide strategic leadership oversight for integrated retail products including dev tools, APIs, SDKs, and plug-ins\n• Partner with sales, marketing, implementation functions, and consumer experience to drive roadmap alignment\n• Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to define requirements, solve technical challenges, and iterate quickly\n• Stay ahead of technical fintech trends, particularly around retailers unmet needs\n• Work closely with sales to understand retailer requirements and integration constraints\n• Participate in planning and development work, in collaboration with product development teams, to ensure timely delivery of market leading solutions\n• Managerial oversight for versioning, backward compatibility, and deprecation strategy for APIs and SDKs\n• Build a strategy for strategic vendors in retail space to unlock efficiency and ease of integration for retailers\n• Represent the product function in integration strategy sessions with senior leadership and strategic retailers.\n• Manage integration best practices internally and externally (e.g., at partner summits, conferences, webinars)\n• Analyze performance of product features

Group Product Manager, Integrated Retail, Remote

• Support the vision and roadmap for integrated retail products, including dev tools, APIs, SDKs, and plug-ins, ensuring alignment with the Group Product Manager’s strategy
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation, and consumer experience teams to gather feedback, prioritize needs, and ensure product initiatives address retailer and partner requirements
• Work closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to document requirements, assist in solving technical challenges, and support iterative product delivery
• Research emerging fintech trends and identify opportunities to address unmet retailer integration needs
• Partner with sales and account teams to understand retailer integration constraints and help translate them into actionable product requirements
• Assist in planning and sprint activities to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements
• Help maintain product documentation for APIs, SDKs, and plug-ins, including version histories and backward compatibility notes
• Coordinate with vendors and technology partners to enable efficient, scalable integrations for retail clients
• Represent the product team in select integration discussions, demos, or partner meetings, under the guidance of the Group Product Manager
• Support integration best practices by contributing to presentations, training sessions, and internal or external knowledge-sharing opportunities
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to provide insights and improvement recommendations
