About the role
- Support the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, ticket management, and purchasing activities
- Manage supplier onboarding and offboarding, contract tracking, and related documentation
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and audit requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to improve spend and process visibility
- Support data-driven insights and continuous process improvements
- Support and maintain procurement systems and tools
- Assist with workflow configuration, testing, and documentation of system changes
- Help implement and drive adoption of process and system improvements across teams
- Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and business teams to gather requirements and support procurement initiatives
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for procurement system users
- Act as a point of contact for resolving day-to-day process and system issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products; experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with natural curiosity about tools and processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in evolving environments while maintaining structure and follow-through
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate needs and solutions across teams
