About the role

  • Proactively engage current accounts to identify opportunities for expansion, license optimization, or adoption of premium features
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com, tracking customer conversations, business insights, and follow-up actions
  • Leverage sales intelligence tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.) to identify key contacts within your customer base
  • Guide customers through ShareFile’s value proposition, helping them understand how to get the most from their subscription
  • Create customer-facing content showcasing the product and its value to our business services customers
  • Assist customers in purchasing or upgrading the ShareFile product suite
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team culture by sharing best practices and assisting peers
  • Stay current on ShareFile offerings and industry trends through regular training and enablement sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in lead generation, sales development, account support, or similar customer-facing role (inside sales experience preferred)
  • Ideally, 1+ year in software/SaaS sales or customer success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical benefits into business value
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable prioritizing multiple customer needs
  • Enthusiastic team player with a competitive edge and drive to grow into an account management or sales career path
  • Familiarity with SalesLoft, SFDC and LinkedIn Navigator
