About the role
- Helping to resolve client queries
- Preparing for client meetings and maintaining positive client relationships
- Ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation
- Ensuring additional client requests are completed including all client post meeting actions
- Undertaking all processes required and managing intricate tasks
- Performing trading independently such as switches, withdrawals and contributions
- Dealing with providers regarding transactions and submissions
- Using platforms and systems to complete various duties ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all client records
- Managing portal activities
- Sharing knowledge and best practice and assisting in team training and strategic projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within financial services
- Good understanding of financial products and FCA principles
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge about different provider platforms
- Confident producing and analysing reports
- Good organisational skills with ability to manage different priorities
- Comfortable taking on new tasks and eager to develop technical knowledge and skills
