• Manage daily operations of embedded and central recruiters, overseeing patient identification, outreach, and scheduling for screening visits.
• Train and develop recruitment staff.
• Maintain knowledge of inclusion/exclusion criteria for all protocols.
• Oversee patient recruitment processes in line with company SOPs.
• Provide leadership to recruitment teams.
• Monitor performance of recruiting team members.
• Develop and manage processes for pre-screening and follow-up.

Manager, Patient Recruitment

• Create a customer service experience filled with empathy, compassion, and kindness
• Place outbound recruitment calls to patients interested in participating in clinical research
• Respond to/answer inbound recruitment calls from patients within 24-48 hours
• Complete study pre-screening and screening checklist
• Interact with potential clinical trial participants to assess eligibility and coordinate appointments
• Maintain proficiency within CTM system: database maintenance, patient scheduling, and patient screening logs
• Attend occasional community events to promote Profound Research

Patient Recruitment Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Understand and interpret clinical protocols’ budgets.
• Prepare and issue invoices for clinical trial services in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Communicate with sponsors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform timely and accurate cash applications.
• Assist in administration of the Clinical Trial Management Software.
• Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Project Finance Coordinator

• Understand and interpret clinical protocols’ budgets
• Build study profiles and monitor contract progress for clinical trial agreements
• Handle invoicing, collections and financial reporting for clinical research studies
• Oversee and track clinical research related payment and reconciliation
• Assist in administration of the Clinical Trial Management Software
• Liaise with clinical team to ensure financial processes aligns with site operations to provide guidance on research finance best practices
