• Develop content for internal newsletters, notice boards, the intranet, corporate emails, and other internal communication channels.
• Assist in managing internal social media platforms, fostering employee engagement and sharing important company news and updates.
• Participate in the design and implementation of internal communication campaigns to promote events, HR initiatives, wellness programs, training sessions, and other corporate activities.
• Support the organization of internal events such as all-hands meetings, workshops, training sessions, and celebrations.
• Assist in conducting satisfaction surveys and other forms of employee feedback to understand needs and opinions about internal communication and workplace-related issues.
• Create graphic materials to support internal communication channels, including flyers, banners, posters, and presentations, while maintaining the company’s visual identity.
• Keep internal communication platforms, such as the intranet, up to date, ensuring content is relevant, current, and engaging for employees.
