About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop content for internal newsletters, notice boards, the intranet, corporate emails, and other internal communication channels.
Assist in managing internal social media platforms, fostering employee engagement and sharing important company news and updates.
Participate in the design and implementation of internal communication campaigns to promote events, HR initiatives, wellness programs, training sessions, and other corporate activities.
Support the organization of internal events such as all-hands meetings, workshops, training sessions, and celebrations.
Assist in conducting satisfaction surveys and other forms of employee feedback to understand needs and opinions about internal communication and workplace-related issues.
Create graphic materials to support internal communication channels, including flyers, banners, posters, and presentations, while maintaining the company’s visual identity.
Keep internal communication platforms, such as the intranet, up to date, ensuring content is relevant, current, and engaging for employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Availability to intern 6 hours per day.
Strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
