About the role
- Manage daily trust accounting in AppFolio and Rentvine
- Process AP/AR, tenant charges, credits, and owner adjustments
- Prepare owner statements and review management fees
- Handle bank reconciliations and troubleshoot issues
- Process vendor payments and manage security deposits
- Communicate clearly with U.S. clients
- Follow SOPs and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- AppFolio and/or Rentvine experience (required) — real-world, not just training
- Accounting background or strong understanding of accounting principles
- Strong English writing skills
- Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work U.S. hours (partial MST/CST/EST overlap)
- Preferred:
- Property management accounting experience
- Bank reconciliation experience
- Google Suite experience
