About the role

  • Identify outbound lead generation targets using ProFinda’s sales tools through strategy sessions with Account Executives
  • Prioritize targets based on criteria agreed upon with the sales staff taking into account industry trends and territory needs
  • Initiate contact with new leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media and events)
  • Qualify leads that fall into ProFinda’s Ideal Customer Profile using standard BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Keep up to date with ProFinda’s competitive landscape
  • Articulate ProFinda’s value proposition and unique selling proposition in a clear, concise and credible manner
  • Foster brand awareness
  • Achieve lead generation quotas as set by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Integrity, integrity and more integrity
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to engage at all levels of a prospect’s organization
  • Sound research and social/professional media skills
  • Sharp organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with B2B software organizations a plus
  • Experience with SaaS software organizations a plus
